Parshav Realtors provides customers and prospective customers with the facility to make online payments for units under Dholera Awas Yojana. Payments may be made towards booking amounts or milestone-based payments through online payment gateways authorized by us.

After the successful allotment,
Allottees are required to physically visit the project site within ten (10) days from the date of allotment to complete the mandatory site visit and verification process.
In the event that the allottee fails to visit the site within the stipulated 10-day period, the allotment shall be deemed cancelled, and no refund shall be processed under any circumstances, irrespective of the reason for such non-visit or no-show.
In the event that an allotment is not made under the scheme, the refund shall be processed as per the following terms:
An amount of ₹14,000/- (Rupees Fourteen Thousand Only) shall be refunded to the applicant.
An amount of ₹500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) towards the application form cost is non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 30 working days from the date of confirmation of non-allotment.
The refund shall be issued through the original mode of payment used by the applicant or through any other mutually agreed method. Applicants will be duly notified once the refund transaction has been initiated.
By accessing, visiting, or using the online booking and payment facilities of Parshav Realtors for Dholera Awas Yojana, the applicant is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions stated in this Refund Policy.
Parshav Realtors reserves the right to review, modify, amend, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any such changes shall be effective immediately upon being published on the website.
While every reasonable care and precaution has been taken in preparing this application and related policies, the Company reserves the right to add, delete, change, or modify any of the terms and conditions, specifications, facilities, or amenities as may be required by applicable laws, statutory authorities, or government regulations.
